MEET YOUR COACH
Hi, I’m Allison!
I’m a leadership coach who is passionate about supporting Creative Professionals in their careers and lives.
I believe when we rediscover our values and sense of purpose, we can truly understand what it means to live our unique version of a fulfilling life.
I trained at the ICF-accredited Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the longest established coaching training school in the world and hold a BA in Music Education from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and The University of Glasgow.
Bringing an energetic and playful quality to my coaching, I provide a safe space where no emotion is off limits. You can feel free to be completely open, honest, shy, unsure → I’ve got you. There will always be a creative space for you to explore and reach goals in a way that feels best for you.

How can you help me reach my goals? By working with you to uncover what is really important to you. When you are deeply connected to your values and purpose, you’ll gain clarity and focus to move you forward on what it is you want the most.
How much do I have to share in our sessions? Career, relationships, our inner lives - these are all connected and clients often find themselves diving into each on our coaching calls. That said, what you are willing to share is completely up to you. My job is to make sure you feel supported and to hold a space so you can explore what it would be like to live your most authentic, fulfilled life.
Do I have to be in the performing arts to work with you? Because of my own background in the performing arts, I’m able to offer a specific perspective to clients in this space. But I’m open to learning more about where you are and what’s led you here, so let’s chat!
